Good morning! TGIF! So, everyone always asks me what I have for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. I decided to post a picture of everything (besides dinner) to give you guys a heads up! I base my food intake on a 1500 calorie diet. I'm never starving and how I space out the times I eat throughout the day.
